As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy and work with a team of highly qualified professionals to develop treatment plans and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• Acquire and maintain RBT certification
• Implement written treatment plans as developed by the BCBA
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Collect data related to client goals to inform treatment decisions
• Submit regular written reports of client progress
• Collaborate with supervisors, coworkers, clients, and stakeholders effectively and professionally
