Requirements
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget for the A&M business line
- Define brand positioning and product messaging across the market segments
- Collaborate with sales and product management to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Plan and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for product launches and updates
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality
- Create digital marketing campaigns, product marketing content, and event marketing materials
- Coordinate with distributors and co-marketing partners
- Have a proven track record in lead generation, content marketing, and brand development
- Have strong communications skills and a flair for storytelling
- Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a high-tech B2B environment
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related
- Have proficiency in marketing tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaigns, email platforms)
