We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our product marketers and take primary ownership of our HubSpot CMS website. As a T-shaped marketer, you will work closely with campaign/product marketers, revenue marketing manager and sales to ensure our website, emails and outbound programs are well structured, on-brand and measurable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) and paid media channels
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, brand, and regional marketing teams
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for tweaks and fixes
- Data-aware and pragmatic: you care about conversion, not just clicks; you improve things iteratively with a SCRUM approach.
- Structured, reliable and detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable using AI-driven tools for drafting and optimizing marketing content
