Job Description
Moveworks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive growth within the Northeast USA region. This role focuses on managing a team of 5+ Account Executives, providing coaching, training, and building a strong sales team within a best-of-breed product. The position involves recruitment, team enablement, forecasting, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of 1st line management
- 5+ years of hands-on closing complex software deals (field selling within mid-market and enterprise)
- Experienced with challenger or MEDDIC sales approach
