Requirements
- Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them.
- Researching and diagnosing hardware/software issues.
- Following procedures for escalation of unresolved issues.
- Providing accurate information to customers.
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assisting customers with product information.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English, Dutch or German)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of WLAN and Bluetooth technology
- Troubleshooting experience with hardware/software
