Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Analyst

Transcosmos is seeking a Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Analyst to provide frontline customer support, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software, answering customer inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining communication with both customers and internal teams. A positive and proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills is ideal.

Requirements

• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of wireless local-area network (WLAN)
• Strong affinity to electronics and technology
• Knowledge of Bluetooth technology
