Requirements
- Proven track record in operation of CNC machines
- Ability to use tools, equipment, and work aids
- Demonstrated competency in various materials, tooling, and processes
- Excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather information on job processes and report back to management
- Blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
- Shop math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, percentages)
