Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience working with Financial Services & Banking organizations
• MBA degree in Finance
• Strong background in business strategy, financial analytics, and client relationship management
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and process improvement through data and insight
• Deep understanding of CIB products, markets, and client coverage frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-cultural teams
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent) and financial modeling
