Vice President - Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management

MUFG is seeking a Vice President for Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management. The role involves ongoing monitoring and management of non-investment grade financings, conducting credit analysis, and identifying refinancing and cross-sell opportunities. The successful candidate will have experience working in a banking or advisory environment, a detailed understanding of financial modelling, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience working within a banking / advisory or transactional environment
• Understanding of LBO structures and instruments, also securitised products
• Experience in financial modelling (particularly credit ratings and ideally LBOs)
• Experience in execution of transactions (including credit process) within tight timeframes
• Experience in credit analysis and due diligence review
• Transaction experience in EMEA, comfortable working in different cultures and capable of flexing style to accommodate our client base
• Client-facing experience
