Certified Central Service Technician

The Central Service Technician works as a team member and is responsible for providing support to the total health care team by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments, maintaining inventory, and transporting supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program; military training or experience satisfies this requirement for WA state employees, per Title 18 RCW
• Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location
• Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred
