Job Description
Multiplica Talent is seeking a passionate Data Analytics Middle professional to join their team, focused on maximizing the use of data to drive decision-making. The role involves working collaboratively with various teams to convert data into valuable insights, supporting organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields
- More than 3 years of experience in data analysis or similar positions
- Advanced mastery of data analysis and visualization tools, preferably in Tableau or Power BI
- Solid experience with SQL for database manipulation
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Ability to effectively interpret data and communicate findings
- Experience in data aggregation and the development of important metrics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in an environment with non-technical stakeholders
