Job Description
Multiplica Talent is seeking a Product Designer to lead the definition and management of design systems for clients in various sectors like banking, travel, and retail. The role involves designing, documenting, and facilitating workshops to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility in digital products. This position is collaborative and offers a dynamic environment for continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
- Solid and demonstrable experience working with Figma in digital product environments.
- Deep knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and governance methodologies.
- Ability to design workflows around the design system and document them clearly and structurally.
- Adaptability to very diverse and demanding projects.
- Passion for visual consistency, accessibility, and usability.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of UX/UI and accessibility.
