Licensed Practical Nurse / Panel Manager

We seek a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide focused community and clinic health services, track patient health, and manage team communication in our Integrated Clinical Services team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate and valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the State of Oregon
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• BLS/CPR certification required
