Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine
• One (1) year residency in a primary care setting
• Certification: Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon and ability to obtain credentialing approval
• CPR Certification
