Job Description
Murgado Ford of Chicago is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator / Service Advisor to manage their growing mobile service program. This role involves scheduling appointments, providing customer service, documenting repairs, advising on maintenance, and collaborating with technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in automotive service.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an automotive service advisor, service coordinator, or related customer service role.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance and repairs.
- Valid Driver’s License
