Job Description
We're hiring an Electric Power Generation (EPG) Outside Sales Representative to help customers design and implement customized power solutions. As a relationship-driven professional with strong technical knowledge, you'll serve as the face of Mustang Cat's power division, identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience—preferably in generators, electrical systems, or power equipment
- Strong technical understanding of generator systems and electrical/mechanical power components
- Demonstrated success in sales presentations, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical systems to all audiences
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, site plans, and load calculations (preferred but not required)
