Sales Representative (Utilities)

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Sales Representative to sell IPS products and technical services to new and existing clients in the East region, specifically for the Power Management Division. The role requires strong technical acumen and customer service skills, along with a commitment to innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented individual with a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of sales or business development experience within utilities, power generation, or grid services
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
• Proven track record of sales and customer service success
• Skilled negotiator with ability to close deals
• Results-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in CRM software and technology tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel as needed
