Parts Operations Manager

Mustang Cat is hiring a Parts Operations Manager to oversee internal operations and ensure exceptional customer service across all parts-related functions. This key role coordinates multiple teams to maintain operational excellence and alignment with Caterpillar standards and metrics.

Requirements

• College degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
• 3+ years of experience in operations management and/or leadership roles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Empathetic leadership style that drives teamwork and accountability
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
