Parts Warranty Coordinator

We're hiring a Parts Warranty Coordinator to support the timely and precise processing of Caterpillar parts warranty claims. In this role, you’ll interpret job folders, work within Caterpillar systems, and ensure all warranty submissions are completed efficiently and correctly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warranty-related experience, or experience in construction, engine, or technical fields
• Basic computer skills and 1–2 years of data entry experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
