Job Description
We have a passion for people and real estate. Specifically, VvE management. The MVGM VvE team manages over 3,600 Owners Associations and takes over the care and responsibilities of technical, administrative, and management property management from thousands of clients. As a Junior Technical Manager, you will be of great value to our service provision.
Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level with a degree in the direction of, for example, Building Technical Business Management, Building Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Several years of relevant work experience in VvE and/or Property Management or the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and results-oriented, structured, inquisitive, and critical
- Possession of a B driving license
