MVGM is the largest VvE manager in the Netherlands, providing excellent service to over 3,500 Associations of Owners. The company is looking for a Technical Manager to ensure the quality and maintenance status of immovable property.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level with a degree in the direction of, for example, Building Technical Business Administration, Building Science or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of relevant work experience, for example in the VvE, Property Management or the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent and result-oriented, structured, inquisitive and critical
• In possession of a valid driving license
