Job Description

The Junior Property Manager will manage budgets, reports, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance, all while working in a dynamic and growing environment. Requirements
- Manage the annual operational budget of each property.
- Review, control, and facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Maximize the relationship with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements.
