We have a passion for people and real estate, and are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at MVGM Property & Asset Management (PAM). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction to the commercial future of commercial real estate, advising on concepts, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and financial exploitation.

Requirements

• Assertive and self-starting
• Strong analytical ability and good communication skills
• Completed HBO or WO degree
• Extensive experience in (commercial) real estate management
• Strong numerical insight and a feeling for technical and legal matters
• Strong stakeholder management and a good conversation partner at all management levels
• Excellent oral and written expression in NL & EN
