Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who loves recruiting, thinks proactively, and enhances our Employer Branding to the next level. The role involves driving active sourcing, building sustainable talent pools, and ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• Completed degree with an HR focus or comparable qualification
• Initial to multi-year experience in recruiting
• Good sense of people, ability to listen, and make candidates feel at ease
• Knowledge of Personio as an ATS (ideally)
• Clear and recipient-oriented communication in German, and English (if necessary)
