Job Description
The Compensation Manager will shape compensation programs to support Field and Clinical/Doctor teams, leading cross-functional projects and driving competitive compensation practices. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, market research, and ensuring a talented workforce. It's a hybrid remote position with a flexible work arrangement out of Vienna, VA.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive compensation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- PHR, SPHR, and/or SHRM-SCP desirable.
- CCP preferred
- Strong analytical, mathematical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation, FLSA classification, job leveling and pay band development; experience in large multi-state companies preferred.
