Job Description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations and patient service within assigned districts. The role involves driving patient loyalty, maximizing revenue through control of costs, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience. The District Manager will be responsible for business development, employee relations, and financial management within their district. MyEyeDr. prides itself on an exceptional retail experience and a commitment to providing personalized, high-quality eye care.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Experience with high-performance, high-volume retail environments (Optical preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or related field (strong emphasis on experience is required)
- Demonstrated success in providing direction and tactical support
- Experience in developing and supporting sales staff
- Understanding and control of confidential information
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
