Job Description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a full-time Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor to provide personalized eyecare to patients. No optical experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. The role focuses on building patient relationships, understanding eyewear needs, and assisting with sales and insurance benefits.
Requirements
- Experience in customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to learn about industry, product, and services
