Job Description
MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor to provide personalized eyecare to patients through a trusted community of doctors. No prior optical experience is necessary; training and tools will be provided. This role reports to the Office General Manager and focuses on building a patient experience centered on trust, education, and style.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred)
- Proactive approach to problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to learn about industry, product, and services
