Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor Part Time

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Customer Service/Sales Advisor Part Time to provide personalized eyecare to patients, assisting them with eyewear selection and understanding their needs. The role requires no prior optical experience and focuses on building relationships with doctors and providing excellent customer service. The position involves working both in a retail setting and with customers in-office.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required)
• Proactive approach to problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to learn about industry, product, and services
• Ability to sell with a desire to meet office goals with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric person
