Job Description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) to analyze prescriptions, recommend vision care, and fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maximizing sales through product selection and insurance planning. Requirements
- Must be State Board Certified Licensed Dispensing Optician
- 2-5 years of related eyewear experience within a similar office environment
- Demonstrated success in a retail, office environment addressing a broad spectrum of customer requirements
- Strong comfort level with optical and lens related concerns
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Proficiency in utilizing automated equipment
