The role involves providing general and medical optometry services in a traditional, full-scope office setting with local travel potential.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- License in good standing to practice Optometry in the state
- National Provider Identification (NPI) required
- TPA License required
