Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Very good written and spoken German (minimum language level C2)
- Very good written and spoken English (minimum language level B2)
