Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-orientated way of working
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken German (min. language level C2)
- Very good written and spoken English (min. language level B2)
