Job Description
myPlace Health is seeking a compassionate Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW) to join their Talent Community. This role involves planning, organizing, and delivering social work services to older adults and their families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing a supportive environment. The focus is on ensuring participants’ safety, independence, and well-being through program models like PACE.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
