Job Description
myPlace Health is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations at assigned centers and provide quality, personalized care to senior clients. Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in geriatrics, complex care, home-based care, palliative care, internal medicine, family medicine, or a related clinical area
- Experience in an elder care model (PEAK model or similar)
- Licensed and unrestricted medical license in states of operation
- Current DEA certificate
