Job Description
Recruiter Intern will conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates, input and manage candidate databases, and provide guidance to candidates regarding rules, workflows, and policies.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
