Job Description
Conduct sourcing and interviewing of candidates, manage candidate databases, and provide guidance to candidates and project partners. Qualifications include final-year students or fresh graduates in relevant majors, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets
