Lead AI / GenAI Solution Engineer

N-iX is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to help build and expand our portfolio of AI projects. The role involves contributing across the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimation to implementation and delivery. We are looking for someone experienced in working with large language models (LLMs) and capable of handling tasks like indexing and processing large-scale unstructured and structured data.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models
• Conversational English level (B2+)
• Experience in Azure, AWS or GCP
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Experience with search frameworks (e.g., Elasticsearch) and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone)
• Practical experience with LLMs and RAG workflows
• Practical experience with evaluating and testing AI systems
• Familiarity with LangGraph and LangChain
• Proficiency in handling large structured and unstructured datasets
• Knowledge of embedding generation tools (e.g., SentenceTransformers)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms
