Head of Treasury

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Treasury to join our finance team at n3xt, a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech bank. The Head of Treasury is a critical, senior role responsible for managing and safeguarding the Bank's liquidity and investment portfolio, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall health of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, banking or financial risk management, preferably within a fintech environment
• Regulated Environment: Experience working within a regulated financial institution (e.g., bank, trust company, broker-dealer)
• Exceptional financial modeling and forecasting skills with the ability to convey complex treasury management strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity
