Job Description
Piedmont Capital, the credit lending arm of NAI Northern California, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to join their rapidly growing team. They specialize in arranging financing up to $10 million for commercial and multifamily properties, leveraging a technology-enabled brokerage and strong relationships with financing partners. The company fosters a collaborative, innovative culture with a focus on client needs, competitive rates, and transparent communication.
Requirements
- Licensed as a California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker (or willing to become licensed)
- Experience with business development - especially cold-calling or door-to-door sales - is preferred
- An elementary understanding of lending, business finance and investments in real estate is a big plus
