Job Description
Piedmont Capital, the credit lending arm of NAI Northern California, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to join their team. They are experiencing rapid growth and specialize in arranging financing up to $10 million for commercial and multifamily properties. The role involves contacting investors, conducting due diligence, and building relationships with financing partners, leveraging a technology-enabled platform and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Licensed as a California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker (or willing to become licensed)
- Proven success in business or sales (ideally entrepreneurial endeavors)
- Experience with business development - especially cold-calling or door-to-door sales - is preferred
- Elementary understanding of lending, business finance and investments in real estate is a big plus
