Legal Counsel

Nansen is a leading blockchain analytics platform that empowers investors and professionals with real-time, actionable insights derived from on-chain data. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to lead our legal function and shape the form and function of our contracts and frameworks.

Requirements

• A Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 3 to 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house counsel role.
• Experience working with or in a growth-stage technology startup, and familiarity with cryptocurrency and DeFi concepts.
• Experienced in corporate and commercial matters, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute, highly-driven and focused on achieving practical outcomes.
• Able to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to internal stakeholders.
• Well-organised and able to prioritise and deliver on multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Have an AI-first mindset.
