The Assistant Manager, Business Development, will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of PACE’s continuing education programmes, specifically focusing on the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) and Short Courses.

Requirements

• Degree qualification from a recognized university
• 5 years of inbound and outbound sales experience
• Experience in consultative selling and key account management
• Customer focus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented team player
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/ database management tools
