Requirements

- 6-8 years of work experience in business development and marketing
- Experience in education/training industry
- Experience in implementing sales and marketing tactics
- Experience with leads management process, database management, and customer relationship management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Team player with strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Strong project management ability
- Strong administrative and planning skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs and changing priorities
- Positive attitude with customer-service orientation
- Technology savviness and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and database management tools
