Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Research Grant Administration, to provide administrative support for research grant processes, assist faculty and research staff with grant-related matters, and promote research within the school.
Requirements
- A degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a higher education setting
- Familiarity with social science research and research grant processes
- Strong administrative, reporting, and financial tracking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications and digital content management
- Proficiency in content creation and management of information on research in the school on different platforms
- Service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
