The Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager, Research & Partnership leads and oversees the administrative matters under the Associate Chair Research’s Office, managing the research portfolios of the school. This role is responsible for working with University Administration on Research initiatives and on implementation of new systems/changes in research to school.
Requirements
- A recognized Degree/Masters/PhD with 5 years of relevant experience in research grant administration or management within educational or research institutions
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal abilities across various organizational levels and the ability to work effectively within a diverse community
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to maintain high standards of confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new IT software and applications as needed
