The Student Management Systems (SMS) team manages the IT platforms that enable the student life cycle from admission to graduation. This role will drive the operationalisation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Next-Gen SMS, enabling new capabilities that transform how students engage with the university.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience in IT Business Analyst/Project Manager roles.
- Knowledge of student management systems or student administration processes would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated competencies in system and process documentation.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.
- Strong business acumen with excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work well both individually and in a team under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and BI tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, or Power BI would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Nintex or similar process flow mapping tools would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint.
