Senior Librarian/Manager, User Services and Spaces

The Senior Librarian/Manager, User Services and Spaces position will contribute to the Library’s purpose of ensuring that NTU community has seamless access to information and services to support the learning, teaching and research needs. The successful applicant will plan and administer library services operations, maintenance of collections and resources, spaces and facilities in the libraries.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline. Candidates with Master of Library Information Science would have an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of working experience in libraries (with preference for academic or research libraries) with supervisory experience.
• Experience in library facilities management or workplace safety compliance will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of library operations.
• Knowledge of Library Services Platforms (e.g. Alma).
• Good management skills.
• Data analytic skills to interpret data and draw insights.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize work well.
• Good presentation and service delivery skills.
