Materials Management Information Systems Coordinator (MMIS)

Nashville General Hospital is seeking a Full Time, Day Shift, Materials Management Information Systems Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to the Director of Supply Chain Management. This role involves design, installation, training, and evaluation of logistical systems, collaborating with the director in project development and process improvement. The Coordinator will assist in establishing performance standards, supply indicators and methods improvements, and maintain data accuracy and security. They will also report on project assignments and provide support to departments.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain the organization MMIS systems and associated GPO Contract information.
• Coordinate auditing of MMIS systems.
• Develop and generate regular ad-hoc reports.
• Maintain Cost Savings Tracking report.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their MMIS needs and provide support.
