Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in Marketing platforms and tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Analytics platforms)
- Strong Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and kpi's
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data driven decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presenting skills
- Competency in Excel, reporting tools & CRM Systems
- Proven Experience in Business Development Within a marketing agency
- Strong track record as an account manager handling multiple clients
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients & growing existing accounts
- Skilled in CRM systems, reporting tools and excel for managing clients and tracking performance
- Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPI's) such as ROI, CIR, CPA and how to leverage them for campaign success
